Job Overview
RMK Services is expanding and looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who knows how to lead plumbing crews, manage job schedules, ensure quality control, and coordinate directly with contractors, vendors, inspectors, and customers. This role will also have the opportunity for path to equity if desired.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within specifications from start to finish.
- Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate project budgets and timelines.
- Manage field crews, assign daily tasks, monitor performance with daily, weekly and monthly goals.
- Knowledge of programs for creating design build plans
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Train and mentor team members in construction techniques, safety practices, and equipment usage.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Be able to manage budgets for company and projects to maximize gains
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless integration of various construction elements.

- Oversee plumbing design, estimate, and project starts to completion
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field is essential.
- Strong background in construction estimating, plumbing, and field service work.
- Familiarity with mechanical knowledge and basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Previous experience working on commercial driving projects is a plus.
- Ability to demonstrate maintenance person experience across multiple disciplines including assembly, maintenance, and remodeling tasks.
- Construction site experience is required to effectively manage teams and operations. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
