Job Purpose:
Create memorable guest experiences by crafting and serving beverages with a smile! As a bartender, you’ll be the heartbeat of the bar—serving drinks, supporting the service team, and keeping the good vibes flowing.
What You’ll Do:

Welcome guests warmly and offer top-notch service from the moment they walk up.

Prep your station before the shift: stock the bar, arrange stools, and lend a hand to the dining team when possible.

Mix and serve drinks quickly and accurately, always following company procedures.

Keep the bar clean, organized, and clutter-free—inside and out.

Ensure guests see a tidy and inviting space: trash emptied, stools in place, and everything polished.

Stay on top of your side work and complete all opening/closing duties.

Make sure guests receive drink/appetizer menus and hear the daily specials.

Jump in to help teammates during busy times—this includes bussing, running food, and guest check-ins.

Assist with off-site or special event setups with the Bar Manager.

Report any safety or maintenance issues right away.

Restock bar items to par levels and keep track of inventory alongside the Bar Manager.

Secure all bar assets and follow all health code guidelines.
Who You Are:

A seasoned bartender with 3+ years of experience.

Customer-focused and team-oriented.
-
Great under pressure, with a strong knowledge of drink service.

Clean, well-groomed, and always professional.

A clear communicator with a warm personality.
Physical Requirements:

On your feet the whole shift

Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
