Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, following food safety protocols.
- Serve guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Handle food with care, practicing proper food handling techniques to prevent contamination.
- Support catering events or special functions with meal preparation and service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within the food industry or restaurant settings.
- Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and culinary techniques including knife skills.
- Experience in fine dining environments or catering services is a plus.
- Demonstrated understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices.
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest interactions.
