We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support infrastructure projects across Networking, Servers, Workstations, Microsoft 365/O365, VoIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams.
Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.

Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvements.

Perform data analysis, research, solution design, and technical documentation.

Support testing, implementation, and deployment of technology solutions.

Develop procedures, provide user training and support, and improve existing systems.

Prepare RFPs and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and deliverables.
Required Skills:

Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Productivity Suite.

Experience working on IT Infrastructure projects.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
