Job Title: Truck & Trailer Mechanic
Reports To: Fleet Manager

Position Summary
We are seeking skilled Truck and Trailer Mechanics to join our team. In this role, you will perform repairs, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and related equipment. If you take pride in keeping fleets running safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on diesel trucks, trailers, and related equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires, filters, etc.).
- Utilize fleet maintenance software to document repairs, parts usage, and labor time.
- Respond to service calls for breakdowns and assist with on-site repairs.
- Ensure all work meets DOT regulations and company safety standards.
- Collaborate with other mechanics on complex repairs and projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred.
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty truck and trailer repair.
- Familiarity with hydraulic systems and air brake systems.
- Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
