At Home Compassionate Care is looking to expand our team of Personal Caregivers/Direct Service Workers in the Iowa area for 17 hours a week.

Job Description:
Prep meals according to the customer’s dietary restrictions
Help customers with their shopping as needed
Do the necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
Provide emotional support as mandated by a comprehensive plan of care
Recognize and inform supervisors about uncommon and unusual circumstances related to the Client
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Requirements:
Proven 2+ years of experience as a personal care assistant
Committed to health & safety
Able to do light housekeeping and cooking
Well-organized and reliable
Excellent communication and people skills as daily progress notes are required
A positive and compassionate attitude
Strong ethics
Physical stamina
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a mobile device with reliable internet service
