Job Summary
The Pantry Restaurant is hiring a Restaurant Support Team Member to assist with daily restaurant operations, guest service, and kitchen support activities. This role is responsible for helping maintain smooth service, supporting team members, preparing service areas, and creating a positive dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations and service activities
- Assist guests with friendly and professional service
- Prepare and maintain dining and service areas
- Support food preparation and order fulfillment tasks
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and service stations
- Maintain clean and organized restaurant areas
- Assist servers, kitchen staff, and management as needed
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures
- Help provide a positive guest dining experience
- Perform additional restaurant duties assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in restaurants, food service, hospitality, or customer service is an asset
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
- Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards
