Compensation:
Base Pay: $13.00-$18 per hour

- **Uncapped Performance Bonus:** +$5.00 cash bonus for every standard cleanout job you successfully quote, calendar, and lock in that completes and pays.

We are a lean, systems-driven machine, and we are looking for a reliable remote booking coordinator to take over our communication lines, keep our operational schedule optimized, and help us scale.
#### **What You’ll Be Doing (The Core Role):**
You will hold the keys to our customer service, scheduling, and billing workflows. This is a remote role, but it requires highly active, fast execution during peak hours.
**Photo-Based Quoting:** Customers text photos of their clutter directly to our systems. You will review the images, match them to our straightforward, visual flat-rate pricing matrix, and text back a quote within 10 minutes. No guesswork, no driving around giving manual estimates.
- **Smart Calendar Control:** Lock jobs into our CRM software strictly within our active field crew windows. You must bundle jobs geographically around Valdosta to protect our team's drive time and fuel efficiency.
- **Billing:** Click "send" on digital invoices via our field software immediately upon job completion notifications from our crew. Follow up professionally on any unpaid residential balances within 24 hours
#### **Who You Are (Requirements):**
- **Local to Lowndes County:** You must be familiar with Valdosta neighborhoods and surrounding South Georgia areas to schedule jobs logically.
- **Thick Skin & Blitz Speed:** You thrive on fast response times. When a lead texts or calls, you love being the one to capture it and close it before a competitor can pick up the phone.
- **Spatial/Visual Reasoning:** You can confidently look at a photo of a garage or attic pile and accurately bucket it into our pricing tiers (e.g., quarter truck, half truck, full truck load templates).
- **Tech Native:** Comfortable navigating field service apps or CRMs (Jobber, Housecall Pro, or similar software) and operating professional text/SMS platforms.
