Mountain Top Resort is seeking to hire a full-time wedding & events coordinator. As a nationally recognized destination wedding venue, we're looking to grow our team.
Wedding Planning & Client Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for couples throughout their planning journey.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing responsive, personalized service.
- Lead planning meetings and guide couples through timelines, layouts, logistics, and venue details.
- Create and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), event timelines, and planning documents.
- Coordinate lodging, F&B staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and other resort departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Communicate with outside vendors and help ensure all event details are finalized on time.
Sales & Venue Tours
- Conduct venue tours for prospective couples and showcase everything Mountain Top Resort has to offer.
- Assist in achieving wedding sales goals through exceptional hospitality, product knowledge, and relationship building.
- Follow up with prospective couples and maintain accurate client records.
Wedding Day Support
- Provide day-of support to ensure weddings run smoothly and according to plan.
- Assist with ceremony rehearsals, décor placement, room setups, and last-minute adjustments.
- Serve as a Day of Coordinator when the schedule demands it.
You are:

- Comfortable balancing planning, sales, and event execution.
- A confident communicator who remains calm under pressure.
- Flexible and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
- Motivated by creating exceptional guest experiences that lead to glowing reviews and referrals.
- Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays during wedding season.
Qualifications
- Experience in weddings, hospitality, event planning, hotel operations, or sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
