Beyond Home Health Care is a NJ DDD-approved provider supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to live more independent, meaningful lives in their homes and communities.
The Role
We’re hiring BCBAs to provide behavioral consultation across New Jersey. Hours are flexible and built around each individual’s needs and authorized budget. Services are delivered in-home, in group homes, in day programs, and in hybrid settings.

Schedule
Part-time or per-diem
Typically 1 hour/week per individual for initial assessment, phasing to 30–60 min/week for monitoring
In-home, group home, day program, or hybrid
What You’ll Do
Conduct FBAs and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Train and support staff, families, and caregivers
Supervise RBTs as needed
Monitor data and adjust interventions
Collaborate with Support Coordinators and interdisciplinary teams
Document services per DDD requirements
What You Bring
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Active NJ Behavior Analyst license (or in process)
Experience with adults with IDD
Reliable transportation; willing to travel across NJ
Ability to clear state & federal background checks, CRDD registry, and DDD trainings (Danielle’s Law, Stephen Komninos’ Law, HIPAA, UIR, ANE) before service delivery
