Huntleigh USA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Passenger Services Supervisor / Coordinator (PRM) to support our airport operations at St. Louis Lambert International Airport.

The Passenger Services Supervisor / Coordinator (PRM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a specific shift operation. This includes managing staff, ensuring accurate timekeeping, coordinating workloads, and properly utilizing company and client equipment.
All operational discrepancies must be reported to the Operations Manager and/or General Manager.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent- Previous supervisory or management experience in a shift-work environment required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation and a working cell phone
Physical & Personal Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, lift, and bend throughout the shift- Ability to interact professionally with clients, employees, and the public
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
- Must pass a criminal background check and obtain airport security badge
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Supervise and support Passenger Services Agents during assigned shift
- Perform duties of frontline staff when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company, client, and government regulations
- Create daily schedules and manage staffing levels
- Monitor employee activity and adjust assignments as needed
- Audit employee timekeeping and check-in/out records
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and leadership
- Report incidents, safety hazards, and operational issues promptly
- Track employee locations at 15-minute intervals throughout the shift
- Ensure gates are properly staffed prior to boarding and deplaning
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Prepare and submit accurate shift reports before shift end
- Provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action when necessary
- Conduct quality assurance checks to meet client standards
- Promote a positive and professional work environment
- Lead by example with professionalism, fairness, and accountability
- Assist with wheelchair services only as needed (last resort)
- Perform additional duties as assigned
