# Job Description: This is a 1099 Position.
Best Roofing Pros LLC is hiring door-to-door canvassers to help homeowners get free storm damage roof inspections and navigate the insurance claim process. If you're friendly, outgoing, and hungry to earn, this is a simple, high-reward role: knock doors, start conversations, set appointments, get paid.
We provide the neighborhoods — often recent storm and hail zones where homeowners genuinely need help — so you're always working warm territory.
## What You'll Do
- Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods (territories provided, typically fresh storm/hail damage zones)
- Talk to homeowners about scheduling a free roof inspection
- Set qualified appointments for our professional inspection team
- Track and report your appointments daily
## Compensation
- **$50 for every appointment that is set and qualified** plus 2% of total job revenue
- **Weekly pay** — no waiting around for your money
- **No cap on earnings** — the more appointments you set, the more you earn
- Motivated canvassers regularly set multiple appointments per day
## What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality — comfortable starting conversations with strangers
- Not afraid to knock doors and hear "no"
- Reliable transportation
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and coachable
- Sales, canvassing, or door-to-door experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person
