Position Overview:
Our Ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5 years of experience in managing, supervising, and completing landscape construction jobs for multiple crews. Our Candidate must be very reliable, team-oriented, and have a willingness to learn and grow with our company. Our ideal candidate takes pride in their work and always strives to uphold company quality of work standards.
Position Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day operations on landscape construction job sites.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule.
- Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations.
- Monitor project budgets, materials, and timelines.
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies on-site.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members.
- Communicate progress and issues to project managers and clients.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; degree in construction management, landscape architecture, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a landscape construction supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, grading, and drainage.
- Ability to operate and oversee use of construction equipment (skid steers, trenchers, compactors, etc.).
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and local building codes preferred.
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and site plans.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, project management tools).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
