HIRING: Recruiting Assistant / Community Outreach - English/Spanish Speaker

As our company continues to grow, our team is growing too! We are looking for 2 new team members to join us and help expand our recruiting and community outreach efforts.

What You’ll Do:
- Distribute Around company flyers and promotional materials
- Help recruiters with screening candidates and making phone calls
- Find and connect with qualified candidates
- Promote Around in the local community
- Attend job fairs, community centers, and local events
- Build relationships with people and help introduce them to job opportunities
- Work both in the office and in the community
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Office work + community outreach
Requirements:
- Must have your own car
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Comfortable talking to new people and promoting the company
- Self-motivated and responsible
- Bilingual: English & Spanish required to communicate with the community
Compensation: Salary + mileage reimbursement
