Cleaner for Airbnb & Short-Term Rentals
Job Summary
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to help maintain our furnished apartments and short-term rental properties in the Des Moines area.
Our goal is to provide every guest with a clean, comfortable, hotel-quality experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently while following cleaning standards and checklists.
Immediate openings available.
Responsibilities
Clean and prepare apartments between guest stays
Change and replace bed linens and towels
Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas
Sweep, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces
Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and toiletries
Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items
Take photos when requested
Follow company cleaning standards and checklists
Ensure units are guest-ready before check-in
Requirements
Reliable transportation is highly preferred, as cleaners may be assigned to different properties throughout the city
Smartphone with internet access
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Ability to meet cleaning deadlines and check-in schedules
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
Experience with Airbnb, hotels, housekeeping, or residential cleaning is a plus
Weekend availability is a plus

Most cleaners earn competitive pay based on the number and type of units completed.
We are currently hiring multiple cleaners and looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.
Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
