What You’ll Do
-
Provide total comprehensive nursing to patients and their families through the implementation of a plan of care.
-
Provide care for a diverse patient population, including trauma related injuries, bariatric surgery, total joint surgery, general surgery, neuro/spine surgery, and oncology patients
-
Participate in bedside shift reports and purposeful hourly rounding
-
Conduct multiple disciplinary rounds for discharge progresses
-
Prioritize patient safety and quality outcomes
