About Site Masters
Site Masters Junk Removal is a fast-growing junk removal serving the Tampa Bay area. We help homeowners and property managers get problems off their plate fast: same‑day service, before-and-after photos, clear communication, and broom‑clean results.
We’re veteran and family-owned, with nearly 300 five-star reviews. We move quickly, expect a lot from ourselves, and take pride in taking care of customers and our crew.
We’re hiring a Customer Operations & Dispatch Coordinator to own the daily heartbeat of the business: phones, jobs, trucks, techs, and customer updates.

- Be the communication hub between customers, field techs, and the owner
Customer Service & Follow-Up (during slower periods):
- Call/text open estimates to answer questions and help customers decide
- Follow up with past customers to request reviews and occasional re-booking
- Update customer notes, tags, and job statuses in our software (Jobber / CRM)
- Make sure each job has proper before/after photos saved and attached
Admin Support:
- Verify invoices match work completed and are sent out accurately
- Help keep schedules, routes, and records clean and up to date
