Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: Starting at $16+ per hour, based on experience

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Treatment Coordinator Assistant (TCA) to support our Treatment Coordinator and help ensure every patient feels welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their consultation journey.

What You'll Do:
- Support the Treatment Coordinator throughout the consultation process.

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.

Contact referral patients and follow up on referrals and treatment recommendations.

Answer patient questions and provide an exceptional customer service experience.

Welcome patients, provide office tours, and introduce them to the orthodontic team.

Verify patient paperwork, obtain necessary signatures, and maintain accurate patient records.

Take diagnostic records, including X-rays, photographs, and digital scans.

Prepare treatment documents and referral letters.

Assist with same-day consultations and educate patients about orthodontic services.

Support the Treatment Coordinator, Office Manager, and Front Desk with daily office operations.

Participate in community outreach and marketing events as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager.
