Proficient in general millwright skills including pipe-fitting, repair of all types of drive systems including belt, chain, coupling, direct and indirect.
Experience in operation and capabilities of machine shop equipment including lathes, mills, grinding machines, cutters, presses, welding (gas and electric).
Practical experience and troubleshooting ability on pumps and other rotating equipment, hydraulics and refrigeration.
Ability to work with precision machine instruments.
Ability to read and work from equipment and piping diagrams.
Formalized training is preferred and may be considered in lieu of experience in that area.
Provide technical maintenance support to all operation sections to ensure good conditions of the equipment to achieve the production targets in quality and cost wise
Maintain the equipment of all production sections with the team for maximum availability
Follow up on equipment condition with a maintenance strategy (preventive and diagnostic) to avoid unforeseen break downs
