We are looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. As a CNA, you play a vital role in supporting residents with daily care, comfort, and dignity while working alongside a dedicated team of nurses and caregivers.

What You'll Do
As a CNA on our team, you will:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide compassionate care while promoting resident dignity and independence
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Assist residents with meals, hydration, and daily routines
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Work closely with nurses and other caregivers to ensure excellent resident care
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record system
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families
What We're Looking For
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification – State of Nevada
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred (but not required)
- Compassionate attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
