Compensation
- Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 plus uncapped performance-based commissions (total target compensation range: $120,000-140,000)

What You'll Do
- Own the patient consultation process from initial inquiry through treatment acceptance
- Build trust and rapport with prospective patients while providing an exceptional patient experience
- Educate patients on ClearChoice treatment options, procedures, and financing solutions
- Conduct timely follow-up communication to support patients throughout their decision-making process
- Develop customized financial solutions based on each patient's needs
- Maintain and actively manage a robust sales pipeline
- Generate new patient opportunities through referrals, community outreach, and relationship building
- Partner closely with doctors, center leadership, and clinical teams to optimize both patient outcomes and business performance
- Ensure a seamless transition from consultation to treatment
- Support additional ClearChoice locations as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of consultative, direct-to-consumer sales experience
- Proven ability to build relationships, establish trust, and guide customers through significant purchasing decisions
- Experience discussing financing options, loan origination, interest rates, and payment plans
- Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel between Woburn, Quincy, Framingham, and Providence when needed
