American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN with prior travel and case management experience to manage a caseload including pediatric patients, requiring HCHB charting experience.

Home health setting requiring travel to patients' homes throughout the day

Caseload includes pediatric patients with training provided
-
Case management responsibilities with an assigned patient caseload

Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Uses HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) charting system

Candidate must have their own vehicle for daily travel between patient visits

Active RN license (NC or Compact) required, temporary or pending licenses accepted with confirmation of license in hand prior to start

Minimum 1 year of case management experience required

Previous travel nursing experience required

HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) charting experience preferred

Two supervisory references required for consideration

Provide direct home health nursing care and manage an assigned patient caseload, including pediatric patients

Pediatric-specific training will be provided

Mileage reimbursement provided at the federal rate

Requests for time off should be kept to a minimum and submitted in advance for approval prior to offer

Some holiday coverage expected during the assignment
