Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care for livestock and animals, including feeding, watering, grooming, and monitoring health conditions.
- Operate heavy machinery such as tractors, forklifts, and other farm equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance of grounds and utilize hand tools or power tools.
- Handle manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy loads, fencing installation, equipment setup, and general farm upkeep.
- Supervise or assist with other team members as needed while adhering to safety standards in all activities.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in farming, agriculture, horticulture, or outdoor work environments is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated knowledge of animal husbandry and animal handling techniques.
- Experience operating farm machinery including tractors, forklifts, or other heavy equipment; certification is a plus.
- Mechanical skills related to equipment repair, maintenance, welding, and MRO (maintenance, repair & operations).
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently.
- Outdoor work experience with a focus on safety protocols; equine experience is beneficial for farms involving horse care.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
