Lead Electrician & Solar Installer Opportunity

Position: Lead Electrician & Solar Installer
Experience: Minimum 5 years required
Responsibilities:
As a Lead Electrician, your key responsibilities will include:
- Installing and troubleshooting Tesla, SolarEdge, or Enphase batteries for both partial and whole-home backup systems.
- Performing main panel upgrades and electrical service upgrades.
- Setting up backup load panels and efficiently moving circuits for battery integration.
- Leading a team to ensure projects are completed on time, with clean and professional results.
- Communicating effectively with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer care.
- Uploading clear, detailed job photos to document progress.
Qualifications:
We’re seeking a candidate who:
- Has at least 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical and solar installations.
- Possesses strong knowledge of battery systems (Tesla, SolarEdge, or Enphase).
- Is skilled in main panel and electrical upgrades, including circuit management for backup systems.
- Has a proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects efficiently.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, clean work practices, and a customer-first attitude.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with team members and customers.
Compensation & Hours:
- Competitive pay: $27 to $32 per hour, based on experience and expertise.
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week (may range from 30-50 hours).
