Position Overview:
We're seeking a reliable, hard-working Cleaner/Driver to join our team. Whether you have cleaning experience or not, we value a positive attitude, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or with a team.
Responsibilities:
- Clean residential homes, offices, and commercial buildings
- Perform deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleanings, and routine services
- Dust, vacuum, mop, scrub, sanitize, and organize spaces
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and all high-touch surfaces
- Refill and restock cleaning supplies
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report issues
- Drive team vehicle to and from service locations
- Follow company protocols and safety standards
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- High attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to lift 20+ lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not required
