Graze Craze is a fast-growing charcuterie franchise specializing in handcrafted grazing boards, boxes, and catering experiences. We believe every order should be as beautiful as it is delicious, and we're looking for a passionate Team Lead to help us create an exceptional experience for every customer.
Position Summary
We're looking for an energetic, organized, and dependable Team Lead who enjoys leading people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating beautiful food presentations. This position will work closely with the owners to oversee daily operations, coach team members, maintain safety/quality standards, ensure outstanding customer service, and help build a successful new business from the ground up.
Responsibilities
· Lead and motivate team members throughout each shift.
· Prepare and assemble premium charcuterie boards, grazing boxes, and catering orders to brand standards.
· Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and online.
· Open and close the store as needed.
· Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.
· Assist with inventory management, ordering, and product rotation.
· Train, coach, and support new and existing team members.
· Coordinate large catering and corporate orders.
· Ensure all orders are accurate, beautifully presented, and completed on schedule.
· Resolve customer concerns professionally and create positive customer experiences.
· Help improve daily operations and foster a positive team culture.
· Assist with local deliveries, vendor pickups, and supply runs as needed.
· Support local marketing initiatives and community outreach when appropriate.
Qualifications
· Previous leadership experience in food service, hospitality, catering, retail, or restaurant management preferred.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
· Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
· Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Passion for food presentation and outstanding customer service.
· Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).
· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
