Property Management company is looking for an experienced maintenance technician for their property in Georgia. We are looking for motivated, quick learners with a positive attitude to join our team.
Expectations:
- Handling assigned work orders and PMs (inspections, oil changes, meter readings, etc.)
- Performing a variety of routine maintenance tasks
- Dealing with incoming work requests
- Communicating existing and potential issues with your supervisors
- Cleaning and maintaining the tools you work with
- Abiding by different safety measures and policies
Requirements:
- 2 years of maintenance tech experience in the multi-family industry
- HVAC certification and experience is required.
- Timely complete work orders and apartment turnovers in a timely manner
- Great customer service skills
