Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system (Clover)
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments
- Upsell menu items, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Follow food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive, energetic work environment
Experience
- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Familiarity with Clover POS systems preferred
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity
- Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on providing memorable customer experiences

Pay: $2.13 - $15.00 per hour
