We are Tuffy tire and auto center that was opened in 2024.
Tuffy has been in business since 1970. We service all makes and models. We employ all levels of technicians including ASE certified. We are willing to hire technicians who are just joining the automotive industry. We have a team work environment and willing to teach. Tuffy believes in doing it right the first time. We have Tuffy university where candidates can log on and learn and study for their ASE. We believe in treating all of our team members like family, which in turns means our Guests will be treated the same. We believe in delivering a great unique experience to our Guests.

Duties:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and transmission issues
- Conduct vehicle inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve automotive problems
- Perform vehicle alignments and suspension repairs
- Complete service orders and maintain accurate records of all services performed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve automotive issues
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Experience with auto body repair and welding is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
