Rent Solutions is looking for an experienced, organized, and customer-focused Leasing Manager to lead our leasing operations and help deliver an exceptional experience for both property owners and residents.

What You'll Do
As our Leasing Manager, you'll oversee the leasing process from marketing through move-in while serving as the primary point of contact for property owners during the leasing process.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and support our Leasing Agents to ensure properties lease quickly and efficiently.
- Communicate proactively with property owners throughout the leasing process.
- Develop marketing and pricing recommendations to reduce vacancy.
- Monitor leasing performance and recommend strategies to improve results.
- Coordinate property showings and leasing activity.
- Oversee HOA application and approval processes.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the leasing process.
- Continuously improve systems and processes that enhance the owner and resident experience.

Required Qualifications
- Property management or residential leasing experience
- Experience leading or supervising a leasing team
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 base salary
