Salary: $85,000–$100,000 + Benefits
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team at a well established, high volume restaurant in the Los Angeles area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who leads by example, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Fine dining experience is a strong plus, but we are also interested in leaders with polished service standards and a genuine passion for hospitality.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of restaurant management experience
Fine dining or upscale casual experience preferred
Strong leadership and team development skills
Hands on, floor focused management style
Experience with scheduling, labor management, and P&L awareness
Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Ability to lead with professionalism, positivity, and accountability
Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
