What You Will Be Doing:
- Residential & Commercial roofing repair
- Siding repair
- Light general carpentry
- Answering questions from homeowners and sales reps
- Act as a liaison between property owner, salesman and production manager.
- Inspect problem roofs, gutters, siding, fascia to determine the best repair procedures.
- Estimate materials and labor required to complete roofing jobs.
- Be on call for after-hours emergency calls, if on rotation.
- Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., gutters, windows, etc.
- Communicate with customers on specifications and troubleshooting any issues to make sure the project is completed correctly while delivering only the best customer service experience.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a background check
- 6+ months of industry experience preferred but not required - we will train!
Military or first responder service a plus
Servant leader mindset
Team player oriented
Basic math skills.
Willingness to undergo and pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
This position requires skill in all types of home repairs of residential / commercial roofing, siding, and carpentry with an emphasis on:
- Leak detection and resolution
- Ability to troubleshoot problems
- Offer solutions and deliver only the best customer service experience
- Self-motivation and a desire to get the job done correctly
