We are seeking a high-performing Executive Regional Sales Manager to drive new business growth throughout the Kansas City region and surrounding Midwest markets.

Compensation & Benefits

What You’ll DoDrive New Business Development
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within your territory.
- Build relationships with property managers, regional managers, asset managers, ownership groups, and executive leadership.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, industry events, and strategic prospecting.
Manage Complex Sales Cycles
- Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes ranging from 3–4 months.
- Build compelling ROI-driven business cases.
- Negotiate contracts and defend margins to maximize profitability.
- Lead opportunities from discovery through contract execution.
Grow Territory Revenue
- Execute a strategic territory growth plan.
- Consistently maintain and expand a healthy sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
Serve as a Trusted Advisor
- Diagnose operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Present solutions that increase property NOI, improve resident experience, and reduce operational burdens.
- Partner with operations and account management teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience (3+ years considered for exceptional performers).
- Proven success generating and closing new business.
- Experience managing consultative, enterprise-level sales cycles.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to sell to multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 base salary + uncapped commission
Expected Earnings: $117,000 - $144,000+ annually
