What You'll Be Doing
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Helping customers understand vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Communicating with technicians throughout the day
- Keeping workflow organized and moving
- Updating customers frequently with promise times
- Learning how to guide professional repair consultations
- Delivering a high level customer experience
