RSSI is a commercial/government roofing contractor specializing in a wide variety of roofing systems including built-up, modified, TPO, PVC, EPDM, slate and tile, shingles, metal, and various coatings. We are certified installers for various material manufacturers including but not limited to Firestone, Soprema, Sarnafil, Versico, Carlisle, Johns Manville, GAF, Tremco, Barrett, and Drexel. Our facility is equipped with a full metal fabrication shop which allows us to custom fabricate metal trim, copings, hoods, caps, pitch pockets, scupper liners, conductor heads, gutters, downspouts, radius coverings, standing seam panels and vertical wall panels for facades. In addition, we also perform roof surveys which include repair/replacement budgets for Owners and Property Management firms.
We understand the dangers involved in commercial roofing. That is why we employ stringent safety measures. Prior to mobilizing, we assess the potential hazards for each task of each phase of each project. Safety training, observation programs, Accident Prevention Plans, Activity Hazard Analysis evaluations, and Toolbox talks are just some of the procedures we use company wide to help employees prevent incidents from occurring. Each employee, regardless of job or location, has the authority and responsibility to speak up when they see a safety concern. It's part of our company culture.
