SUMMARY
Provide exemplary customer service and be attentive to guests. Perform many slot-related guest service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONDSIBILITIES include the following:
- Authorize and pay/ hand pay jackpots for specified levels.
- Accumulated credit payouts.
- Locating services for guests.
- Food, Beverages, or Players club services to guests
- Keeping slots clean
- Perform duties in accordance with the Department Policies and Procedures
- Have a good working knowledge of basic slot machine operation
- Walk Slot Floor to observe gaming activity, watch for safety or security problems, and report any problems to Security or Manager on Duty.
- Observe guests for signs of underage gaming or intoxication.
- Have a good working knowledge of the MICS, Policies and Procedures
- Wear and maintain all uniforms properly
- Flexible workweek with possible additional hours required, with minimal notice
- Flexible scheduling including but not limited to weekends, evenings and holidays
- Perform additional duties as directed
- Respond to guest requests for repairs in assigned area, i.e. paper jams, bill acceptor jams, etc. Help maintain cleanliness of gaming floor in the assigned area
- Learn pay tables to better provide customer service.
- Monitor and correct minor machine malfunctions, including changing paper.
- Help maintain security of equipment, records and funds, e.g. protect tribal assets.
Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Graduation from high school or GED. 1 yr cash handling experience; (1) or more years in a gaming or similar customer service industry.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
REASONING ABILITY

Ability to organize and prioritize work. Identifying and resolving problems under pressure conditions.

- Gaming License issued by the Tribal Gaming Agency.
