Job : Registered Nurse, OPWDD

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assure safe, efficient, and effective patient placement balanced with optimal patient care and services
- Develops educational modules for wound care including teaching tools for patients and families
- Assisting patient in and out of bed
- Participate in comprehensive assessment and management of patient needs
- Provide patient care under an approved Scope of Practice and Standardized Procedures as appropriate
- Responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care based on age-specific components
- The Registered Nurse provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
Qualification
- RN license
- BLS certificate
- Associates' Degree
- COVID Vaccination
Experience:
- Nursing: Minimum 1 year within OPWDD setting
Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Full-time
