Local P&D Driver Work
- Pick up & Deliver freight within local area
- Home daily, off weekends!
Local P&D Driver Requirements:
- 22+ years of age
- Valid Class A or B CDL license *Note- there is 1 box truck opening
- 12 months of recent & verifiable tractor-trailer experience (12 months within the past 3 years)
- Hazmat Endorsement (preferred)
- Not involved in a major preventable accident in the past 3 years
- No more than 2 highway convictions in the past 2 years
- Linehaul or P&D experience (preferred)
Local P&D Driver Driver duties:
*NOTE- YOU WILL ALSO BE BACKING INTO DOCKS MULTIPLE TIMES PER DAY, AND LOADING & UNLOADING FREIGHT!
- Perform pre and post trip inspections on company vehicles as required and ensure their safe operation. All issues must be reported as required.
- Deliver products on a safe & timely basis.
- Establish and maintain contact with supervisors and coworkers.
- Perform any other duties as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with all DOT Safety Regulations.
- Maintain a professional image at all times.
