Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Human Resources Coordinator/Office Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, multi-line phone systems, calendar scheduling, and filing systems to ensure seamless workflow.
- Coordinate human resources activities such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, handling confidential information, and supporting training and development initiatives.
- Manage payroll processing using accounting and financial software like Rippling or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Supervise administrative staff and support team management efforts through effective delegation and oversight of clerical tasks.
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities to promote engagement and morale.
- Handle budgeting, bookkeeping, and basic accounting tasks to support financial accuracy and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service for internal teams and external clients.
Skills
- Proven experience in office management, human resources, or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or equivalent financial tools; experience with bookkeeping and payroll processing is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Strong supervisory skills with experience managing teams or supervising staff members effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities through schedule management and time organization.
- Experience in event planning, vendor management, and handling confidential information discreetly.
- Technical proficiency in using office equipment like multi-line phones, fax machines, printers, and other office technology.
- Knowledge of medical office management or healthcare-related administrative functions is a plus but not required.
