Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Car Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will engage with customers both in person and via various communication channels to promote vehicle sales, build lasting relationships, and deliver outstanding service. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help drive our dealership’s success while providing customers with the best possible car-buying experience.
Duties
- Connect with prospective customers through outbound sales calls, B2B sales efforts, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Demonstrate vehicles’ features, benefits, and specifications confidently to meet customer needs and preferences
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize sales opportunities
- Upsell additional products, services, or vehicle accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software and manage inventory control efficiently
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers and dealership events to attract potential buyers
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication, professional phone etiquette, and active listening
Experience
- NO EXPERIENCE NECCESSARY AND PAID TRAINING. . .
- Familiarity with outside sales techniques, cold calling, and outbound sales strategies a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM software systems for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines a plus
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and public speaking abilities
- Experience in inventory management, dealership operations, or B2B sales is highly desirable
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
- Organizational skills combined with retail math proficiency to handle inventory control and sales support tasks.
- Must be coachable, maintain a positive, winning attitude, and demonstrate integrity and strong moral character in all interactions.
