Job Overview
We are seeking a multifaceted store manager with fluency in both English and Spanish, with extensive experience in managing Tire and Wheel shops.
Duties
- Supervise the Sales team, ensuring compliance and follow through in processing transactions, ordering and receiving inventory, enforcing company policy, and providing customer service.
- Supervise the Installation team, ensuring that cycles and processes go smoothly and correctly, managing inventory allocation, managing the schedule of installation for vehicles, and assigning staff to work orders.
- Support the Sales team in conducting sales when neccessary.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in Tire and Wheel retail environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Understanding of Automotive systems
- Skilled in negotiation, customer service excellence, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Organizational skills combined with attention to detail in training & development initiatives.
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
