About Us:
At DNPT Physical Therapy Group, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality in-home physical therapy services to patients in Los Angeles, CA 90044 and surrounding communities, including but not limited to:
Inglewood, Hawthorn, Gardena, Compton, Lynwood, South LA, Bell, Bell Gardens, Maywood, Huntington Park, etc.
We are currently seeking licensed Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants who are available to provide home health services in the Los Angeles, CA 90044 area.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the State of California
- Current CPR certification (online certifications not accepted)
- Valid CA driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality in-home occupational therapy services.
- Deliver patient-centered care to improve independence, safety, and functional performance.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, energy conservation, and safety strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team and participate in case conferences.
- Ensure patient safety while providing compassionate care.
Experience:
- Home health experience preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates
- Experience in adult rehabilitation, ADL/IADL training, home safety assessments, and functional mobility is a plus.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Independent Contractor (OT or COTA)
- Expected Hours: 10–40 hours per week
Compensation:
- Competitive pay: $50–$125 per hour (depending on discipline and experience)
