*Job Overview* We are seeking a well-experienced compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Hospice Liaison/Marketer. This role plays a crucial part in connecting with healthcare providers, patients, and families to promote our hospice services and support end-of-life care. *Duties* - Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, and other referral sources - Educate healthcare providers and community organizations about hospice services - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions for patients - Conduct outreach activities to increase awareness of hospice care in the community - Participate in marketing events, health fairs, and networking opportunities *Experience* - Previous well experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or hospice preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of hospice regulations and services is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field is desirable
