Spanish/English | Part-Time Position with Possible Full-Time Opportunity
Tomorrow’s Promise Montessori Schools | Huntsville, Texas
This is not a “just get through the day” teaching job.
This position is for someone who believes early childhood matters, understands that children deserve consistency and care, and wants to be part of a school with high standards, strong expectations, and meaningful work.
Tomorrow’s Promise Montessori Schools is looking for a bilingual Spanish/English teacher who loves children, enjoys teaching, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners. Our children are ages 3–6, and we are looking for someone who can help introduce and reinforce Spanish in a natural, joyful, and age-appropriate way.
This is currently a part-time position, but it may become full-time for the right person.
About Tomorrow’s Promise
Tomorrow’s Promise is a high-quality early childhood education program serving children in a structured, Christian, and nurturing environment. We believe children thrive when the adults around them are consistent, professional, warm, and intentional.
What makes our program different is that we are serious about quality. We care about relationships, classroom excellence, professionalism, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
We are not looking for warm bodies to fill a classroom. We are looking for people who want to be part of something meaningful.
What You’ll Do
As a bilingual teacher, you will help create a loving, structured, and engaging classroom environment where children feel safe, encouraged, and excited to learn. You may lead simple Spanish lessons, support classroom routines, help children during activities, and work alongside other teachers to guide children throughout the day.

- Follow classroom procedures, licensing standards, and program expectations
- Communicate professionally with coworkers, leadership, children, and families
- Come prepared, stay organized, and follow through on responsibilities
- Accept coaching, feedback, and ongoing training with a positive attitude
- Work as part of a team rather than in isolation
