Located in the heart of Dallas, Rowan Clubhouse is a modern indoor play space thoughtfully designed for children ages 0–7 and their families. Position: Clubhouse Team Member
Location: 6738 Shady Brook Ln Suite 100, Dallas, TX 75231
Job Type: PT + FT positions available, weekends required. Priority will be given to applicants with Sunday availability. Position can be seasonal (July + August) or long term.
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $12-15/hour
About the Role:
We’re looking for a warm, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our Clubhouse Team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with both kids and adults, thrives in fast-paced settings, and wants to be part of a fun and growing business that makes a difference in families’ lives.
What You'll Do:
Play Area Supervision
- Actively engage with children to promote safe and positive play
- Maintain a clean and tidy play environment throughout the day
- Gently guide children and caregivers to follow safety guidelines
Front Desk
- Greet guests with a smile and handle check-ins efficiently
- Manage admissions, memberships, and café orders through our POS system
- Answer questions and create a welcoming first impression
Café Operations
- Prepare and serve light snacks and drinks (training provided)
- Maintain café cleanliness and keep items restocked
- Follow all food safety and health guidelines
General Support
- Assist with parties, group bookings, and special events
- Monitor supply inventory and flag restocking needs
- Step in to support teammates during busy times
- Ensure overall cleanliness, safety, and exceptional customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, childcare, or cafés is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable multitasking in a lively, kid-friendly environment
- Able to stand and move around for extended periods
- Available to work flexible shifts and weekends. Sunday availability is required
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified after hire)
- Must have 2 valid pieces of government issued ID
