Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Needed Immediately
Full-Time & Part-Time | Buckeye & Phoenix (West Valley)
We are immediately hiring Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in group home and home & community-based settings. We are a DDD-contracted provider committed to person-centered care, safety, and compliance.
We offer both full-time and part-time positions.
Candidates must be willing to float between West Valley locations as needed.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, feeding, and incontinence care
- Support mobility, ambulation, and community access
- Assist with or administer medications per care plans and physician orders
- Plan and prepare meals with consumer participation when appropriate
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Provide companionship, supervision, and behavioral support
- Observe, document, and report incidents, behaviors, and changes
- Follow DDD service plans, ISPs, and agency policies
- Respond calmly and appropriately during emergencies

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Article 9 Certification (current or willing to obtain)
- Prevention and Support Certification (current or willing to obtain)
- Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation (ANE) Training (current or willing to obtain)
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (current or willing to obtain)
- Previous experience as a:
- Caregiver
- Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- CNA or similar healthcare role
- Experience in:
- Group homes
- Assisted living or nursing homes
- Home & Community-Based Services (HCBS)
- Knowledge of:
- ADLs and personal care
- Medication assistance
- Patient observation and reporting
Additional DDD & Agency Requirements
- Ability to pass all DDD and State of Arizona background checks
- Willingness to complete DDD-required onboarding and annual training
- Ability to follow documentation, reporting, and compliance standards
- Maintain required certifications and clearances
