Machine Operator – 1st Shift (Full-Time)
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + OT
Location: Essex, CT

We are working with a prominent, family owned American manufacturer of electrical connectors and accessories to find full-time Machine Operators. This is a full-time opportunity for someone with 1+ years of hands-on assembly or machine experience.
Main Tasks:
- Equipment Operation: Operate power presses, metal-forming machines, and roller marking machines.
- Cutting & Fabrication: Use copper and aluminum cutoff saws, as well as drill and tap machines.
- Quality Control: Perform first-piece and in-process inspections, working closely with the Quality Department to ensure accuracy.
- Maintenance: Handle routine machine maintenance and upkeep.
