Bear Property Management is hiring reliable, detail-oriented Vacation Rental Cleaners for the upcoming season. If you take pride in your work, move efficiently, and want to be part of a team that actually invests in its people — we want to hear from you.
This is ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time or seasonal work with real flexibility. We're building a team of 5–10 people additional cleaners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Clean and reset vacation rental homes to our standards between guest stays. Manage linens, supplies, and inventory. Travel between properties. Use a simple mobile app to track and complete your work. Wash and Fold Laundry in Rapid City. Represent Bear Property Management every time you walk into a property.
SCHEDULE & PAY
$18–$24/hour depending on experience and performance
Paid drive time between properties
Shifts run 3–8 hours
Minimum one consistent day per week
