Two Brothers Landscape is hiring a Landscaping Crew Member to join our growing outdoor team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help maintain lawns, complete land clearing and grounds work, and support hardscape and equipment operation on job sites. Pay & Trial Period
This position starts at $12/hour for a required one-day paid trial, so we can evaluate fit and work quality before discussing an ongoing rate. After a successful trial day, pay is negotiable based on experience, reliability, and skill demonstrated.
Duties
- Operate mowers, trimmers, skid steers, and other groundskeeping equipment
- Perform mowing, land clearing, and general landscape maintenance
- Assist with hardscape and land-clearing projects
- Follow all safety protocols during outdoor work
- Communicate availability and show up reliably for scheduled shifts
Requirements
- Prior outdoor/landscaping experience preferred but not required — willing to train the right person
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Must be available for a full one-day paid trial before scheduling ongoing work
- Bring your own lunch; water will be provided on-site
