We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to join our night shift team at Badger Liquor.

What you'll do:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing warehouse team
- Coach, develop, and recognize employees
- Drive productivity while maintaining quality and safety
- Solve problems, improve processes, and support continuous improvement
- Ensure customer orders are accurately prepared for on-time delivery
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (end time varies based on production)

- High School Diploma or GED

Forklift Certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days

Three or more years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or related operational experience

Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs require
- Experience leading teams as a Lead, Trainer, Mentor, or Supervisor

Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Continuous improvement experience

Experience with RF scanners and Microsoft Office applications
